W&W 2026 - Corum Admiral Collection

No More Squares. No More Flags.

Corum is reshaping its Admiral line with two new models that leave past designs behind.

The Admiral 39 and 36 are the latest iterations, replacing all existing models. Originally launched in the 1960s with a square case and later adopting a maritime theme in the 1980s, the Admiral has seen its share of changes. Now, the nautical pennants have been absorbed into trapezoidal hour markers, blending maritime signals with classic watchmaking style.

The cases come in stainless steel, steel and gold, titanium, or 18kt gold, measuring either 39mm or 36mm. They feature double sapphire crystals and offer water resistance up to 100 meters. Inside is a new automatic caliber developed with Concepto, Corum's partner in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The long-term goal is to bring movement production back to Corum's historic site.

Finishing includes satin-brushed surfaces, polished bevels, and a gilded rotor with a tungsten counterweight engraved with Corum's motto. It's a nod to tradition while looking forward.

These new Admirals mark a shift for Corum. If you're interested in seeing where they're headed next, you might want to take a closer look.
